The software core activity development commences once the User Interface Design is _nalized and is approved by the the client. The development activity is broken down into different categories each assigned speci_cally to one of our employee.
The testing will be incorporated with the development as features are added on, this will be undertaken by specially trained employee that makes sure every feature is working according to plan. This will greatly reduce the error detection and resolution time.
Our customer care department will coordinate with the client in order to update the client on a weekly basis, this reporting including project brie_ng from our development team and answering the questions that may rise from our brie_ng.
We provide a 1 year warranty, from the date of acceptance of our software delivery. During this time, if the software malfunctions, or doesn’t operate in any way, then we take the necessary steps to fix the issue and ensure that the Software operates according to the specifications.
Training is conducted by our team of designers and developers, this training will cover every feature that is included to the system, while training every department differently, even the company can request certain individuals to be training or embedded in every training session.
